Re: Here's What I Created.
Eric I love your piece and for someone who went there on many occasions (annecy is only 50km away from me) I can say that it's very truthfull, very realistic. I'm sure Carol will love it.
Indeed, everyone did a very nice job so far. *applauds and bows*
I stupidly didn't notice I was logged off and thought there were no new messages all the last week (which I found a bit weird) so that's why I wasn't much around. And I also had a little health trouble, but that is better too.
Not the right place, but I also love what Inki did (the Hanger) and the handwritten letter made me cry, it's so beautiful. I'm still all teary. (yeah I'm that easy). You've all worked so hard and so well!!! wow. Bravo.

We haven't signed our piece but intend to do so (on the back) Any recommendation what pen to use?

The fellowship + 1 wandering under the night sky just don't look too closely at the comet

The colours don't look too great on that photo but you get the idea.
On the back I'm going to write the Irish Blessing..May the wings of the butterfly kiss the sun and find your shoulder to light on, to bring you luck, happiness and riches, today, tomorrow and beyond.

Graeme says a normal ball point pen works fine, he tried on a scrap piece we had

Wow, that's lovely Graeme and Jools!
What's wrong with the comet? At this size it looks good to me. (But then I'm not the comet expert you are.)
Did Bill the pony fall into the hole?

Carol can have lots of fun sorting and arranging them by theme and subject matter.

Canuck Girl, I can't wait to see what you create, I have a picture in my mind of something that would immediately make me think of you. but I'm not saying what it is until I see your finished piece

Now I'm curious! Don't forget that I'm not an artist at all! I haven't done it yet, but I'm hopeful that I will in the next couple of days at least get started.

I know you aren't an artist but what I picture in my head could be done by a school teacher like you, and it would just be so perfect to represent you

Re: Here's What I Created.
Everyone, these are just an amazing patchwork of love.
Like a theme of the month!
I made mine simple, since I've do so much on the hanger.
My dad found a ribbon pin, and saw it as a bunny's head, so that inspired me to do this;
She can hang it either way she likes!
And I used my watercolor pencils happily, since I kept applying fixative.
I also signed the back with a calligraphy pen.

Re: Here's What I Created.
Inki, that's great! (though I think the bunny should have some barely-discernible fangs... )
All of these images are wonderful! She's going to love this!
